Planning and Delivery of Adaptation Works

The Sandwell Home Improvement Agency required a house adaptation for a person with disabilities which involved the construction of a single storey rear extension to provide a shower room and a bedroom for disabled access. A grant was secured and the funds were held in our Client account and stage payments were made to the Contractor during the works. We obtained Planning and Building Regulations, tendered and supervised until completion all to the satisfaction of the Client and Sandwell Home Improvement Agency.
