Associated Works Required to Receive a New High-Speed Roller Plant

Formation of a new concrete pad foundation and associated structure to receive a new high-speed roller plant. Initially investigation and preparation works were undertaken to determine the locations of the below ground electric and mains water supply which allowed for a new trench to be excavated between the proposed water tank location and below ground drain. Foundation preparation for the high-speed roller plant pad required excavating existing concrete hardstanding and forming a new foundation where concrete columns were installed. Formation of the new foundation allowed for the high-speed roller plant and canopy to be installed. This new roller mill is essential for grinding clays and ensuring the highest shaping quality which meets the most stringent working conditions at low operating and maintenance costs.
